Pakistan offers to permit spy Kulbhushan Jadhav a visit from his significant other
Pakistan on Wednesday educated
India that it would permit a meeting between self-admitted spy Kulbhushan
Jadhav and his significant other "on philanthropic grounds", an

Who is Jadhav?
